Privacy Policy (English)

This Privacy Policy explains how Chemicy Gaming (operated by CV Esports Gear Indonesia), an online store for gaming gear and custom PC builds based in Indonesia, collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data when you use chemicygaming.com. "Chemicy Gaming" is also the name of the app shown on the Google sign-in screen.

Google Sign-In

You can sign in to Chemicy Gaming with your Google account. When you do, we request only the basic scopes openid, email, and profile, and receive only:

  • your name
  • your email address
  • your profile picture

We use this information only to:

  • create and authenticate your Chemicy Gaming account
  • show your name and profile picture in your account (for example in the site header and on your profile page)
  • link your orders, purchase history, saved addresses, and AI PC-build consultations to your account
  • send you messages about your orders (order confirmation and status updates) to your email address

We do not access your Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, contacts, or any other Google service data.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We do not sell your Google user data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it with third parties except as described in "Sharing" below or when required by law.

Other Data We Collect

  • Order and shipping data: recipient name, phone number, shipping address, and the items you order.
  • Order history: your orders, payment status, and shipping status.
  • Saved addresses: addresses you save to your account.
  • AI consultation data: the budget, usage, and preferences you enter in the AI PC-build consultation. If you use the consultation form without Google Sign-In, we store the name, email address, and WhatsApp number you enter so we can send you the result.
  • Business inquiries: the details you submit in the bulk order / business contact form.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser, and device information, used for security (for example rate limiting), error monitoring, and aggregated website analytics. Analytics does not receive your name or email address.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with the service providers we actually use to run the store, and only what each one needs:

  • Midtrans (payment gateway): your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and order items, to process payments.
  • Shipping couriers: recipient name, phone number, and shipping address, to deliver your order. Shipping costs are calculated through RajaOngkir (Komerce).
  • Resend (email delivery): your email address and order details, to send order emails.
  • Google Sheets: the details you submit in the business contact form, so our team can follow up on bulk order requests (this does not include data from Google Sign-In).
  • Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), and Cloudflare (content delivery): to store data and serve the website.
  • Google Analytics, Vercel Speed Insights, and Sentry: aggregated usage, performance, and error data. Your name and email address are not sent to these services.
  • Authorities, when required by law.

Storage and Retention

Your data is stored in a cloud database provided by Supabase. We keep your account data while your account is active. When you ask us to delete your data, we delete it within 30 days, except data we must keep to meet legal or accounting obligations (for example transaction records).

Your Rights and How to Delete Your Data

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To delete your account and data, send an email to chemicy.store@gmail.com from the email address registered to your account, with the subject "Delete my data".

You can also remove Chemicy Gaming's access to your Google account at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS (SSL/TLS) and stored in a database with restricted access.

Login dengan Google

Kamu bisa masuk ke Chemicy Gaming dengan akun Google. Kami hanya meminta akses dasar (openid, email, profile) dan hanya menerima nama, alamat email, dan foto profil. Data ini hanya dipakai untuk membuat dan mengautentikasi akun, menampilkan nama dan foto di akun kamu, menghubungkan pesanan, riwayat pembelian, alamat tersimpan, dan konsultasi AI ke akun kamu, serta mengirim email terkait pesanan.

Kami tidak mengakses Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, kontak, atau data layanan Google lainnya. Penggunaan data dari Google mengikuti Google API Services User Data Policy, termasuk ketentuan Limited Use. Data Google kamu tidak dijual, tidak dipakai untuk iklan, dan tidak dibagikan kecuali seperti dijelaskan di bagian Pembagian Data atau jika diwajibkan hukum.

  • Data teknis: IP address, browser, perangkat (untuk keamanan, pemantauan error, dan analytics agregat tanpa nama atau email)

  • Customer support dan pertanyaan
  • Verifikasi keamanan dan pencegahan fraud
  • Meningkatkan layanan website

Pembagian Data

Kami tidak menjual data pribadi ke pihak ketiga. Data hanya dibagikan seperlunya dengan:

  • Payment gateway Midtrans (untuk pembayaran)
  • Ekspedisi (untuk pengiriman); ongkir dihitung lewat RajaOngkir (Komerce)
  • Resend (pengiriman email pesanan)
  • Google Sheets (data form kontak bisnis/bulk order, bukan data login Google)
  • Supabase (database dan autentikasi), Vercel (hosting), Cloudflare (CDN)
  • Google Analytics, Vercel Speed Insights, Sentry (data penggunaan, performa, dan error tanpa nama atau email)
  • Pihak berwenang jika diwajibkan hukum

Penyimpanan Data

Data disimpan di database cloud Supabase selama akun kamu aktif. Jika kamu meminta penghapusan, data dihapus dalam 30 hari, kecuali data yang wajib disimpan untuk keperluan hukum atau akuntansi (misalnya catatan transaksi).

Keamanan Data

Kami menggunakan enkripsi SSL untuk transmisi data, dan database yang dilindungi dengan akses terbatas.
